It's hard to put solutions in place if we don't know what is at the root of our stress, "meh" feelings, or exhaustion. Asking yourself, "what is driving this feeling?" Taking a proactive, preventative approach to our wellness (yes, I mean resting BEFORE you're exhausted) has a massive, positive impact on our ability to lead full, powerful lives.
